At Southern Supply Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Returned with original tags (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll be happy to help with an exchange based on inventory availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Southern Supply Co. is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
